Do you guys like chia seed pudding? I totally love it but for some reason I never make it. It's really good and so easy to make that I should take it to work with my as a snack like every single day. But it never happens and I want that to change. So here we are! You can top your chia seed pudding with literally anything you'd like. I went with a pear and maple syrup to get into the seasonal mood. This pudding is best made the night before just so you can give it time to do it's thing and then it'll be right there when you need it. I made a big enough batch to last me throughout this work week. I recommend doing the same! So easy, so delicious.
